Victorian Inn & Suites-York, York

This hotel was a great find! The rooms were fine, clean, and overall very pleasant. The staff went above and beyond to help me find a fantastic restaurant nearby. However, there were some stains on the floor that took away from the overall cleanliness.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positive and negative experiences. The rooms were pretty spacious and clean, but the strong smell of pet urine made me feel ill. The bed was comfortable, but I had trouble with the recliner. The service was exceptional, with the staff being very friendly and accommodating, promptly offering us a fresher-smelling room. The location was convenient, easy to find, and close to town, although the proximity of the rooms was a bit too close for my liking. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with better-than-expected options but also some disappointing dishes. Overall, it was a decent stay with some room for improvement.
